The Mechatronics, Mirrors, and Lighting (MML) group specializes in automotive technologies that shape the future of mobility. By combining deep systems expertise, MML develops unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent vision systems, and advanced automotive lighting technologies. Job Responsibilities
Support departments by providing guidance and coaching to enhance performance.
Oversee staffing, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations to improve overall work-life quality.
Coach managers and supervisors on all aspects of employee relations to ensure a positive and compliant work environment.
